Niger State Public Private Partnership Agency — Catalyzing Infrastructure & Economic Transformation
The Niger State Public Private Partnership Agency (NSPPPA) was established in response to the urgent need to improve the state’s infrastructure through global best practices.
Officially conceptualized in 2007 and formalized with the passage of the PPPA Law in 2011, NSPPPA plays a pivotal role in coordinating, regulating, and monitoring all Public Private Partnership (PPP) activities within Niger State.
Through strategic structuring, transparency, and investor facilitation, NSPPPA serves as the trusted bridge connecting private capital with sustainable public development priorities.
To make Niger State an economically competitive state through the popularization and usage of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) concept.
To create an economic-friendly business environment, promote the economic potential of the state, and establish effective linkages between stakeholders for socio-economic and industrial development through the value-addition strategy of PPP.
NSPPPA operates with clear strategic targets to accelerate sustainable economic advancement across Niger State.
NSPPPA aims to address the infrastructure deficit by attracting private investment to provide high-quality public services sustainably across all sectors.
By enabling viable PPP projects, NSPPPA supports the state’s overarching vision of expanding commerce, industrial productivity, and wealth creation for citizens.
